Uhm…ok back into serious mode xD
Since I still have one or two fanlistings to adopt out, I normally stay away from the Troubles list, the Updates page at TFL and the board as well. Indeed I didn't even noticed that the Sark fanlisting I had joined was now a dead link, that it had subsequently been removed and taken over by a new person (that is Joss). But when I saw it was up for adoption I really couldn't resist and applied right away!

So, if you like this English, wine-lover, sarcastic villain join. Now. è__é


The layout was done very quickly (I do like it, though!) and I still need to upload my codes. Unfortunately I am currently working on a new project and I need to take the most out of my last days of holidays. (Thanks to my university's wonderful website I managed to figure out on which day classes will start, after three days of research. Because putting an announcement on the home page would have been too…easy, wouldn't it? -__-)

Totally un-related but…this update reminds me that I should buy a paid account because…I just ran out of icon space /doh.

Super quick post before heading to school to say that I'm testing a new script on Sohryu.nu so the following pages/sites are temporary unavailable:

If the test works, everything should be back online this afternoon/evening.

I don't know if it is the German atmosphere for there is a new site up. Not a shrine this time, but something for shrines: an image gallery.


At the moment there are only caps for Nocturne, so stills from videos featuring Shuyin. I plan to add others when new shrines will be up and include artbook scans as well.
I would have liked to add the scans from Final Fantasy X-2 Visual Arts Collection, but I forgot to actually scan the pages before leaving and obviously I don't have a scanner, nor the artbook here in Aachen :/

As with Odi & Amo, i cannot check Silhouette in internet Explore, but there shouldn't be problems.

Also, friends list I need your help and I'd like to hear your opinions on a few things regarding the caps currently up. I will enlisted my "doubts" in another post, which I will probably publish tomorrow(*).

That should be all. If there is something I forgot due to me being half asleep half awake (or rather 2/3 asleep and 1/3 awake), I'll edit the post tomorrow xD

(*) I would finish to write it now, if only I could stay awake /been around all day so now I'm very, very tired -_-zZZz

Two things regarding fanlistings under adoption/adopted:

• the Sanji fanlisting was taken over by the uber lovely suzukaze and can now be found at http://pirate.sky-below.net
• the [+] Lost Males fanlisting is still up for adoption. If you are interested in it (or now someone who <3 the boys from Lost) apply! Now!

Even though I'm satisfied with my fanlisting cuts, there might be another two or three fanlistings up for adoption in the future. People on my KIM list have first dib, so get yourself listed because…who knows…the one you crave for might be the one I will adopt out ;)

Ladies and gentlemen welcome to the yearly (!) appointment(*) with my new site opening post!
(*) Seriously, a woman who gives birth to a child is faster then me giving birth to a new site o_O

It's been about a year since I opened my Shuyin shrine and now there is a new addition to the network, shrine number two: Odi & Amo, dedicated to Asuka and Shinji of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

I began to work on this site in September 2008, few days after launching Nocturne and by the middle of April it was already on-line. Problem is, there were many things that didn't convince me. Except for the layout, I didn't like the navigation nor the content organisation. Bottom line is that I decided to re-do everything. All the pages were rewritten (more or less from scratch), long pages were split into sections and new sections were added or modified.

Unfortunately, since I had to publish it before the end of August, I didn't have the time to re-write all the pages it originally had, for example the story section covers only the first episode arc :/

The site was tested in Firefox, Safari and Opera. I also tested it in Internet Explorer using a simulator, the layout works in these versions: 8, 7 and 6. However, since this simulator shows only an image of how the site is rendered in Explorer I don't know whether the menu works or not. If any of you have IE, could you please check and tell me if it actually works?

Also, I tried to keep the layout as light as possible in order to make the site load fast (having a fast connection doesn't help to imagine how much it can take to 56KB users to load the site ;__;).

Upcoming for Odi & Amo:

• add new pages to the Story section;
• eventually expand other(s) section(s).

project E.

Regarding project E. (the very originally titled collection of Evangelion-related websites I plan to make) there will be more information in the future. All I can say at the moment is that in my mind it is a very ambitious thing, on which I would like to collaborate with other people (if I find other Eva fans, that is). My past tries at collaborations were a disaster, therefore I'd like to know in advance if there is someone interested in this project. If you are, just contact me in some way xD

One last thing: affiliation/link exchange requests, suggestions, constructive criticism, typo reports…are always more than welcome :)
